Shaggy Switch Grass

This collector item has a picturesque shape. It has a tall yet naturally unkempt habit and begins flowering in July. The seed heads are large and tend to hang in one direction even before opening. They open as a warm green before turning golden later in the summer. The leaves are green and form a dense mass.
